Information from the author

This picture shows Sadr a star in the northern constellation of Cygnus and IC 1318, a diffuse emission nebula. The stars are located roughly 1,800 light-years from Earth and are unrelated to the surrounding nebula (much further away, at 4,900 light-years).

The picture was shot in Alvaneu/GR where the seeing conditions allow to capture faint nebula and was shot in HSO over 3hrs, which is relatively a short exposure time in astrophotography.
